Road Map Development

Organizations typically know what is wrong, or what needs improving. Action items are easily identified in most situations, but the more actions there are,  the less likely it is that they will be successfully implemented. We try to do too much too soon.

GBMC helps organizations prioritise their improvement initiatives. Typically this means defining a small set of criteria to identify the initiatives that will provide a return for a minimal cost. This allows quick ‘wins’ to be made, therefore helping build a positive perception of the change.

Once initiatives and activities are prioritised they can be sequenced, duration and cost estimates determined along with clear ownership. From this a business plan can be established and potential implementation resourcing alternatives discussed, enabling strategic decisions to be made.

GBMC has helped many organizations develop such ‘road maps’ (blueprints) in the construction, aviation, pharmaceutical, research and development and public sectors.
