COURSE DESCRIPTION
Gain the knowledge, strategies and confidence needed to pass the PMP® Exam.
PMP® – those three letters can set you and your company apart from the competition. More and more, organizations worldwide are turning to the Project Management Institute’s (PMI®) Project Management Professional (PMP®) Certification as evidence of project management excellence. Surveys show PMP certified project managers experience greater than average earning and hiring preferences around the world.
This course is specifically designed to assist project managers and team leaders master the PMBOK® Guide’s content and pass the PMP certification exam.
PREREQUISITES
Candidates for the exam must have at least 35 hours of project management classroom and/or eLearning experience. This four-day program, including the after-class practice tests, will fulfill that requirement. For those with a Bachelor’s degree, a minimum of 4,500 hours of relevant project leadership experience over at least 36 months in the previous 8 years is required. For those without a Bachelor’s degree 7,500 hours of project leadership experience is required.
Those without the required hours of project leadership experience may consider PMI’s Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) credential. This course is effective preparation for that examination as well.
