Our intensive three-day PMP Prep seminar is specifically designed to help experienced, knowledgeable project managers and team leaders master the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide – 5th Edition) content and pass the PMP® certification exam.

The seminar fully addresses all the topic areas covered in the PMP certification exam. It condenses the learning time required to prepare for the PMP certification exam. It summarizes the critical points from all of the PMI recommended test preparation texts (approximately 4300 pages of documentation) plus recent issues of the PMI Journal®. Our PMP Preparation seminar includes 50 to 60 “Examination Tips” of questions that always seem to appear on the test in some form. During the course, you will take at least four (4) hours of timed examination under conditions similar to the actual exam.
